CONTINUOUS

Delivering 24/7 compression regardless of ambulatory status

A venous leg ulcer does not sleep at night. That’s why applying continuous pressure is so important. UrgoK2 guarantees continuous compression day and night — whether the patient is in motion or not1

APPLY WITH Confidence

UrgoK2 dual compression system combines the benefits of inelastic and elastic bandages to ensure Continuous, Consistent, and Comfortable pressure.1

Two active compression bandages coming together to provide therapeutic compression that patients need.

1 long-stretch
(elastic) bandage
 applies 20% of recommended compression.2

• Maintains pressure at rest
• Holds system in place

1 soft-padded,
short-stretch
(inelastic)
bandage

applies 80% of recommended compression.2

• Confers rigidity
• Contributes to comfort
• Absorbs exudate

International guidelines recognize the superior efficacy of multi-component bandages

EWMA logo
“Multi-component bandages are more effective than single-component bandages5.”
cochrane logo
”Multi-component systems containing an elastic bandage appear to be more effective than those composed mainly of inelastic constituents6.”

What does more effective compression look like?

• It delivers continuous therapeutic compression.
• It allows for consistent therapy.
• It will be comfortable enough for patients to wear 24/7.
